**Key Responsibilities**:
Prepare and finalize agreements for sale and other real estate documents.

Draft demand letters and liaise with clients for timely payments.

Manage banking transactions and ensure smooth financial operations.

Maintain accurate records and files for easy access and retrieval.

Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams effectively.

**Key Requirements**:
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate administration.

Proficiency in drafting agreements and demand letters.

Strong knowledge of payment collection and banking procedures.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Immediate availability for joining.
