**Tender Research**: Actively search for relevant tenders and procurement opportunities across multiple online platforms that align with the company's services and objectives.
- **Document Preparation**: Prepare, organize, and compile necessary documentation for tender submissions, ensuring compliance with all specifications and guidelines.
- **Stakeholder Coordination**: Collaborate with internal teams (technical, finance, and legal) to gather required information and obtain necessary approvals for tender submissions.
- **Submission Management**: Oversee the entire tender submission process, ensuring all deadlines are met and that submissions are complete and accurate.
- **Market Analysis**: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and refine tender strategies.
- **Follow-Up Communication**: Maintain regular communication with potential clients and procurement agencies to follow up on submitted tenders and address any queries.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain detailed records of all tenders submitted, including timelines, feedback, and outcomes, to improve future submissions.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present regular reports on tender activities, outcomes, and insights to management, highlighting areas for improvement and potential opportunities.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
