The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, as well as driving brand growth through digital and in-store strategies. Key Responsibilities: ∙Develop and execute brand strategies across digital, in-store, and advertising channels. ∙Create and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand growth. ∙Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for brand visibility. ∙Oversee SEO, SEM, and display advertising efforts. ∙Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights forimprovement. ∙Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure smooth execution ofcampaigns. ∙Manage digital marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective strategies. Qualifications: ∙Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. ∙5-7 years of experience in brand and digital marketing, with a focus on FMCG personalcare brands. ∙Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. ∙Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
