**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide post-sale support.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
