ITFAS India Fashion Private Limited**, a company, incorporated under the (Indian) Companies Act, 2013, (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") is in the business of supporting products and merchandise sourcing in India.**
**Job Description** General objective**

**Support the sourcing business by ensuring our products are sourced from suppliers that respect local labour and environmental laws. Build long term partnership with suppliers/ factories and ensure continuous improvement.**

**Main tasks**
- Manage compliance training for new suppliers and factories
- Conduct unannounced compliance audits mainly in India and also overseas if needed
- Prepare accurate and consistent on-site corrective action plan and audit reports
- Review audit reports from 3rd party monitoring firms (including but not limited to TUV, SGS, UL, Disney, BSCI, WRAP, Better Works)
- Manage suppliers’ compliance performance and factories’ corrective action plans
- Communicate effectively and professionally with suppliers regarding compliance issues
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with business partners and conduct regular meetings with merchandising team
- Maintain and update records for compliance program
- Assist in the compliance projects implementation

**Qualifications**
University graduate; knowledge of labor law in India; minimum 5 years relevant working experience in compliance auditing.
