- Scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling patient appointments.
- Managing patient intake and registration.
- Maintaining and updating patient records in the hospital database
- Greeting patients and visitors courteously upon arrival.
- Providing information about hospital services, procedures, and policies.
- Addressing patient inquiries and concerns promptly or directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Assisting patients with completing necessary forms and documentation.
- Coordinating with medical and administrative staff to ensure patient needs are met.
- Communicating patient arrivals to doctors and nurses.
- Facilitating smooth flow of patients through different hospital departments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹13,907.64 per month
