Providing end-to-end support for all Network components including computers, storage, and Network devices like firewalls, Switches, Servers, and Wireless Devices.
- Prioritizing, resolving customer queries, and escalating to relevant stakeholders.
- Must have good Hands-on experience in LAN, WLAN & WAN technologies**.**:

- Must have hands-on knowledge of Firewall/VPN technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting switching technologies like STP family, Ether-channel and Inter-VLAN
- Experience in Incident, Service request, and change management procedures.
- Preferred Certification - CCNP/CCNA
- Must have Good Communication & Interpersonal skills
- Must have Customer Centric approach

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Network engineering: 3 years (preferred)
