**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, maintain, and update MIS reports on operational, financial, and project performance metrics.
- Gather, validate, and analyze data from various departments including engineering, operations, and project management.
- Prepare dashboards, trend analysis, and performance tracking reports for management review.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all MIS tools and databases.
- Automate data collection and reporting processes for efficiency using advanced Excel functions and macros.
- Coordinate with project teams to monitor progress and highlight variances.
- Support management in data-driven decision-making through detailed analytics.
- Assist in preparation of presentations and documents for internal and external stakeholders.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related engineering field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or reporting in an engineering

**Technical Skills**:

- **Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel** (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts, data validation, macros).
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) preferred.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or database management is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
