- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Preparing documents, reports, presentations, and briefs.
- Maintaining records, organizing files, and managing databases.
- Taking meeting minutes and transcribing from dictation.
- **Personal Tasks**:
- Running errands, such as shopping, banking, and managing household tasks.
- Assisting with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Organizing events and conferences.
- **Communication and Liaison**:
- Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other staff.
- Ensuring clear and timely communication.
- **Other Duties**:
- Researching information and compiling reports.
- Managing expenses and travel reimbursements.
- Assisting with project management and coordination.
- Maintaining office systems and supplies.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,990.50 - ₹25,852.78 per month
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- US shift
- Weekend availability
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
