Responsibilities:
- Interact with IBL staff regular basis on process improvement, escalations, training needed etc. Maintain a good customer relationship and interaction regularly with Branch officials, BMU, ZBMU, RH.

Monitor the TAT in voucher dispatch from branches to VVU. Escalation of exceptions to BMU, BM,DBM. Coordination with defaulting Branches to speed up the process of voucher delivery as per TAT.

Mark inward in TMS before cut of time on daily basis and equally distribute amount the auditors

Monitoring of Voucher audit TAT

Follow up with auditor to complete audit work within TAT.

Monitoring of daily reporting of Critical/U critical and Non-critical items.

Coordination with BMU/Branches to get replies to exceptions within TAT

Ensure Quality check is done daily for the unit and publish their findings, action taken for any errors.

Coordinate with BMU/Branch team for necessary infrastructure support.

Review the progress in Voucher stitching and bundling.

Discussion with BMU/Branches for necessary support for voucher stitching.

Escalation to Zonal coordinator / IBL staff in case of lack of support at local level

Follow up with BMU team for shifting of stitched/Packed voucher bundles on monthly basis.

Examine the escalations made by auditors and take up with the zonal coordinator/IBL officials for resolution

Escalate to the higher levels as per escalation matrix in the absence of response within TAT.

Highlight all serious issues to the senior management in Operations for their information either directly or through CSS ZC / Regional Head

First Escalation point for all the issues of the VVU HUB.

Obtaining information on progress in voucher delivery, audit and related areas and review the progress

Track the MIS submission

Identify critical areas and escalation to BMU/Branch/CSS controlling authorities

Have discussion with ZC and help in updation of VVU score cards

Participate in weekly operations review.

Welcome new suggestions. Discuss the VVU performance with the IBL ZC by using a PPT consisting of major performance parameters and seek his support in areas where vvu performance needs to improve

Review monthly compliance reports of VVU

Identification of critical areas and escalation to BMU/Branch/CSS controlling authorities

Take action on the feedback from ZC/RDM on the VVU

Provide feedback to CSS ZC on the performance of VVUs with specific inputs on outstanding performance and serious issues, if any, at each BRANCH. Interaction with BMU and IBL branches and resolve issues

Discuss the suggestions given by the IBL branches with CSS ZC / Regional Head

Guidance to the auditors for smooth conduct of audit and to percolate the instructions and other guidelines/circulars received from CSS and IBL to the auditors for proper and timely implementation.

All travel will be done in consultation with ZC/RH and as per the approved travel plan

Monitoring of Leave/Absenteeism of Auditors, Attendance check and reporting to CSS of any serious leave/absenteeism issues, Interaction with ZC and obtain feedback on day's plan

Analyzing the data on distribution of work among the auditors at VVU and ensure balanced distribution of work.

Coordination with ZC/RH for fulfilment (related to Manpower/Systems etc)

Ensure that all the employees feel that they receive acceptable administrative support.

**Salary**: ₹11,506.03 - ₹200,000.00 per month
