Operations Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with customers to understand their design requirements and preferences.
- Manage the scheduling and posting of content on various social media platforms.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, project status, and deliverables using Excel spreadsheets.
- Ensure timely delivery of design projects and communicate effectively with clients throughout the process.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer engagement processes and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer engagement and social media management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a design or creative agency.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Prior experience in social media management is a plus.
- Familiarity with design software and tools is desirable.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
