The Administrative Assistant (Clerical & Office Work) will provide comprehensive support in clerical duties and office operations to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the workplace. This role involves record management, document preparation, scheduling, and assisting other departments with general office tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Clerical Duties:

- Perform data entry, record-keeping, and file management (physical and digital).
- Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and other records.
- Draft, proofread, and distribute official correspondence, reports, and memos.

2. Office Administration:

- Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment inventory, and coordinate reorders.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and organizing calendars.
- Maintain an organized and professional office environment.

3. Communication and Coordination:

- Greet visitors and ensure they are directed to the correct department or contact.
- Serve as a point of contact between departments for administrative tasks.

4. Support Functions:

- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other business documents using MS Office.
- Help organize office events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
- Provide support in maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

5. General Office Work:

- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing or expense tracking.
- Manage office equipment maintenance and liaise with vendors for repairs or supplies.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in clerical or administrative roles.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and records.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with basic office equipment, such as printers and scanners.

Educational Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
