We are currently seeking a Business Intelligence Advisor to join our team in Bangalore/Chennai/Gurgaon/Hyderabad, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Summary of Role:

- Contribute to the creation of the solution design artefacts including preparing logical data models to support the data migration and development of Finance & CRM platforms.
- Supporting the data architect and programme delivery teams by producing the solution design to extract data from legacy systems, moving this to staging / cleansing environments before moving data to target state operational and data warehouse platforms.
- A clear understanding of data quality management, master and reference data management.
- Designing and developing Enterprise BI solution using the Azure / Office 365 Power BI stack.
- Providing data design support to Finance & CRM projects in support of personalisation & next best action
- Working with client Information Architect and help run the BI Community of Practice
- Work in implementing client's vision of Self Service BI using Power BI
- Maintain the Data Dictionaries to support the Data Migration, based on multiple discussions with Data Stewards
- Work with the offshore team and manage the workload of Technical Data Stewards

Skills and Experience:

- Solution designer with 8 years of experience in data management / data integration projects ideally using a variety of tools which include SQL Server, SQL Server Data Warehouse in Azure, Azure Analysis Services, Oracle & Power BI.
- Experience with one or more other data integration tool sets e.g. SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Oracle Data Integrator.
- Experience of data migrations in both cloud / on premise solutions.
- A clear understanding of data-warehouse concepts (e.g. fact tables, dimension tables)
- Experience working on Finance / CRM projects.
- Experience owning and producing solution designs, including pushing these through Technical Design and other Governance forums.
- Ideally, experience owning and developing viable use cases to demonstrate 'The Art of the Possible' to stakeholders so that innovative solutions can be offered to customers.
