We are searching for a passionate and driven Branch Sales Officer to join our dynamic Retail Banking department at [Bank Name], India's leading bank.

As the face of the bank in our branch, you will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, building relationships, and exceeding sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:
**New Customer Acquisition**: Proactively acquire new customers for CASA (Current & Savings Accounts) through various channels like catchment area visits, cold calling, referrals, and internal leads.

**Product Sales & Cross-Selling**: Develop a deep understanding of our comprehensive suite of retail banking products, including savings accounts, fixed deposits, loans (auto, personal, etc.), and wealth management solutions. Recommend and sell these products based on individual customer needs and achieve set sales targets.

**Customer Relationship Management**: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers. Understand their financial goals and provide personalized financial advice.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
