- **Case Management**:Develop and implement individualized care plans, coordinating services with other healthcare professionals.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:Maintain accurate and detailed records of counseling sessions, patient progress, and program outcomes.
- **Collaboration**:Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- **Advocacy**:Advocate for patients' needs and rights, ensuring they receive appropriate and compassionate care.
- **Training and Education**:Provide training and education to staff and other stakeholders on counseling techniques, crisis intervention, and relevant topics.
- **Quality Improvement**:Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the counseling program, identifying areas for improvement.
- **Ethical Practice**:Adhere to professional ethics and standards of practice in counseling and related fields.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
