**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with different departments to gather and organize data relevant to interior design projects.
- Assist in accurately entering project details, client information, and material specifications into our databases.
- Verify and rectify data discrepancies to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Support various administrative tasks, including filing, document organization, and record-keeping.
- Work closely with interior designers and project managers to facilitate smooth data flow and project coordination.
- Generate reports and summaries based on entered data to aid decision-making processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold the security of sensitive project and client information.
- Provide support to department heads and managers as needed.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with data management guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative support is a plus.
- Basic understanding of data confidentiality and security.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry is beneficial.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced interior design environment.
