Job Title: Data Entry Operator

**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team. As a Data Entry Operator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records and facilitating smooth operations across various aspects of our logistics and inventory management processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- **Goods Receipt Note (GRN) Management and Customer Communication**:

- Accurately inputting data related to goods receipt notes into our system.
- Ensuring timely communication with customers regarding the receipt of their orders, providing necessary updates and information.
- **Delivery Creation and Client Notification**:

- Assisting in the creation of delivery schedules and inputting relevant data into the system.
- Providing timely notifications to clients regarding the status of their deliveries and any changes in schedule.
- **Invoice Generation and E-Waybill Printing**:

- Inputting invoice data accurately into the system for order processing.
- Assisting in the daily printing of invoices and E-Waybills to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
- **Daily MIS (Management Information System) Reporting**:

- Supporting the compilation and entry of data for daily MIS reports.
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of data to facilitate informed decision-making.
- **Order Punching and Picklist Creation**:

- Inputting orders into the system promptly and accurately.
- Assisting in the creation of picklists to streamline the picking and packing process.
- **Receipt of Invoices and Waybills**:

- Recording and managing incoming invoices and waybills in our system.
- Collaborating with relevant team members to address any discrepancies or issues related to received invoices and waybills.
- **Inventory Management and Stationary Control (IMS_Stationary)**:

- Assisting in maintaining accurate inventory records and updating inventory levels as needed.
- Supporting stationary control efforts by ensuring availability and proper utilization of stationary supplies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
