**Job Description: EA to CEO**
- Oversee the smooth running of the CEO's office. Ensure that office supplies are adequately maintained, relevant records are up to date, and all administrative processes are carried out efficiently.
- Prepare, review, and manage high-quality reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO. Ensure necessary records are maintained, easily accessible, and up to date.
- Create and manage complex spreadsheets, perform data analysis, and generate financial or operational reports.
- Develop compelling, professional presentations with visuals and data-driven insights.
- Draft and format high-quality documents, letters, and reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Handle all verbal and written communication on behalf of the CEO, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and timeliness.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information and issues.
- Support the CEO in tracking and managing ongoing initiatives and special projects, providing research and analysis when required.
- Coordinate, prepare, and follow up on meetings and events, ensuring that agendas, materials, and logistics are fully organized.
- Assist other staff members with general operational tasks, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth office operations.
- Record Management: Ensure that all records and documents, both digital and physical, are accurately maintained and readily available for reference when needed.
- Effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks, often under tight deadlines, while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Perform any other duties as required to support the CEO and contribute to the smooth operation of the organization.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Strong ability to perform data analysis, and create formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
- Proficient in creating high-quality presentations with professional layouts and data integration.
- Expert-level formatting and document management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including exceptional presentation abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
