** Job Title : Field Services Technician, IT**

**Knowledge**:A seasoned, experienced professional with a good understanding of IT services; ability to resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways.

**Complexity**: Works on IT problems of a diverse scope where evaluation of identifiable factors and issues is required. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Networks with personnel at all levels throughout the business.

**Supervision**: Working remotely to the line manager this position will need to be fairly autonomous. Ability to work without direct supervision required.

**4. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acquisition integration including and not limited to
- **End Users Migrations**:

- ** Servers Migrations**:

- Building and maintaining a shared knowledge base for problem resolution
- Handle problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow-up for routine software and hardware problems.
- Manage deliverables associated with a project by prioritizing, tracking, and completing assigned tasks.
- Must be prepared to travel
- Must be prepared to work evenings and weekends as required to complete key IT projects that can only be performed outside of normal business hours.

**Work Experience**
- High school graduate, BA/BS degree preferred degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering
- At least 1 years demonstrable experience with information technology and how information technology supports business objectives

**Knowledge**
- Knowledge of information technology and experience relating to information technology issues and problems

**Skills and Abilities**
- Strong PC Hardware troubleshooting skills related to PC and laptops, printers and monitors
- Strong understanding of computer basics including Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, network connectivity and communication protocols
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Maintains current knowledge of information technology and keeps abreast of new and emerging technologies
- Able to build and maintain relationships with customers and third party vendors in order to ensure appropriate and agreed services are delivered
- Ability to handle problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow-up for routine software and hardware problems.
