**SCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR**

**About the role**:
The person will be responsible for managing the administrator role in the school.

**Desired Qualifications**:
Graduate/Post graduate with at least 5 years of experience in school administration

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for Housekeeping Management of the entire school premises
- Security management of the school premises, employees & school children
- Defining Administrative Processes, Policies & SOPs for smooth functioning of office facility
- Vendor Management - selection to performance evaluation and payment management
- Coordination with the suppliers for all deliverables
- Arranging various workshops & events for Parents & Children
- Responsible for in-house fleet management, Repair, Maintenance & insurance.
- Space Management for maximum utilization of available space
- Finalizing all Service Level agreements, AMC etc. with outside agencies & Vendors
- Maintenance of all equipment’s like Electrical Panel, DG Sets, AC’s, etc.
- Access Control, CCTV, Bio
- Metric Management.
- Cafeteria and Catering Management for school events
- Organizing & coordinating various events & activities as per requirement.
- Fixed Assets Management at Corporate & Branch Level
- Fire Drill & Fire Fighting Training & other Business Continuity Emergency Plans
- Responsible for Cost optimization & Budgeting
- Closely working with Finance & HR team for various administrative functions & follow ups
- Submission of all Invoices to finance with proper record maintenance
- Training of Security Personnel (both physical & electronics)
- Managing job schedule of outsourced/ contractual staff.
- Managing compliance with Govt. Offices, Education Dept, Police, Fire Dept etc.
- Responsible for all HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) within the facility.
- Physical verification & numbering of assets & handover of assets.
- Petty Cash Management.
- Handling admission process of students from beginning to end
- Communication of record keeping related to parents and students
- Marketing of school using various platforms
- School website management
- Fee management process
- fees Due Reminders, Payment Collection etc.

**Estate Manager Responsibilities**:

- Meeting with the owner to discuss plans, events, and general estate requirements.
- Preparing, presenting, and managing budgets.
- Managing all maintenance, repairs, and renovations to buildings and estate grounds.
- Managing the daily operations of the estate including staff schedules, upkeep, and bookings.
- Supervising all ground and house Keeping staff and providing training, day-to-day feedback, and performance reviews.
- Promoting the estate's businesses through marketing channels such as social media.
- Liaising with event planners, catering services, and clients to ensure that all functions run smoothly.
- Managing all administrative tasks like submitting insurance claims, filing legal documents, and preparing invoices.
- Responsible for all HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) within the facility.
- Physical verification & numbering of assets & handover of assets.
- Stay committed and work as per the time line
