Work Profile:
- Provide Voice-based support to customers over remote software and resolve Technical queries based on customers' queries.

This can be related to any computer/peripherals/networking related issues.

Communicate Quality standards and maintain customer satisfaction Index.

We should come up with new troubleshooting techniques.

Sound knowledge of Computers and Laptops.

Sound knowledge of operating systems

Sound knowledge of computer hardware components CPU, Motherboard, RAM, HDD, Modem.

**Required Skills**:

- Must be able to speak fluent English

Flexible to work in rotational shifts

Good Technical Knowledge
