Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Freshers & Experienced)
Location: Mumbai (Prabhadevi)
Position Type: Full-time
Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions by thoroughly understanding customer needs.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues, account management, and usage of products/services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and escalate cases when necessary.
- Identify common customer inquiries and suggest ways to improve customer support processes.
**Requirements**:
For Freshers:
- No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Basic computer skills and ability to quickly adapt to new software.
- 1+ years of experience in customer support or a related field.
- Proficiency with customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle more complex customer inquiries.
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and resolving issues effectively.
