**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop screencast-based technical courses from inception to completion.
- Script and storyboard educational content that is clear, engaging, and suitable for adult learners.
- Utilize various screencasting software (e.g., Camtasia) to produce high-quality videos.
- Implement instructional design theories, practice, and methods to create effective learning outcomes.
- Develop assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of course content.
- Update and revise course content as needed to ensure up-to-date information and technologies.
- Provide support and guidance on the use of learning materials through various platforms.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in technology and instructional design to continuously improve our offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in instructional design, specifically in creating screencast-based technical courses.
- Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models.
- Proficient in screencasting software (e.g., Camtasia) and MS Office.
- Excellent scripting and storyboarding skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
