Identifying current and future hiring needs, advertising job openings online
- Creation of JDs, gather resource requirement ,manage end to end recruitment tasks, onboarding and induction.
- Prepare and publish management reports as per agreed timelines
- Liaise with business on scheduled /unscheduled recruitment needs and ensuring open positions are run in line with approved manpower plans.
- Coordinate with the administration team to facilitate onboarding of employees including collection of Background verification documents.
- Manage induction of new employees
- Records Management relevant to the position’s scope.
- **Who has hands on experience in Healthcare Recruitment.**:

- Can commute to office
- **PREFERRED 18 months of experience in recruiting.**

**Salary**: ₹28,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
