POSITION NAME: Healthcare RecruiterLOCATION: GurgaonVACCANCY: 5Exp.: 3-5About the Role:We are looking for passionate and result-driven Healthcare Recruiters who can manage end-to-end professional hiringThe role requires a balance of recruitment expertise, counselling skills, and sales acumen to identify, engage, and convert potential candidatesKey Responsibilities:Source and identify qualified professionals (freshers or experienced) from job portals, colleges, and references.• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate eligibilityMaintain an active pipeline of candidates for ongoing and upcoming hiring drives. Counsel candidates on career opportunities, process timelines, visa requirements, and documentation.• Ensure high conversion rates from inquiry → enrolment → placement.Support candidates in completing application paperwork and ensuring compliance with immigration guidelines.Maintain daily records of outreach, leads, enrollments, and placements in the CRM. Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports.• Achieve monthly targets for candidate enrollmentKey Skills & Requirements:• Graduate in any stream (Healthcare, HR, or Business preferred).• Prior experience in healthcare recruitment, study abroad, or overseas manpower consultancy preferred.Excellent communication and counselling skills (English & Hindi mandatory;knowledge of regional languages is a plus).Strong ability to convince, counsel, and convert candidates.• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools. Goal-oriented with strong ownership and accountabilityCompensation:• Full-Time: 20,000 - ₹25,000/month + Attractive Incentives
