**Associate -Operations**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Assist in the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring all necessary documentation and requirements are met.
- Provide support and guidance to partners during the initial integration phase.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as the main point of contact for operational queries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address partner needs and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct training sessions for partners on operational processes and systems.
- Facilitate effective communication channels between partners and internal teams.
- Monitor partner performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with partners to implement corrective actions and enhancements.
- Investigate and resolve partner-related issues, escalating complex matters to higher levels of management when necessary.
- Implement proactive measures to prevent recurring issues.
- Maintain accurate records of partner interactions and transactions.
- Generate regular reports on partner performance and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline and improve operational processes.
- Identify opportunities for automation to enhance efficiency.

**Skills and Qualification required**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience in partner operations or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
- Proficiency in using collaboration tools and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of industry best practices in partner management.
- Experience in the technology or software industry.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
