Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled IT Executive with at least 1 year of experience to join our dynamic team. As an IT Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting our organization's IT infrastructure and ensuring the smooth functioning of our technology systems.

**Responsibilities**:
IT Support: Provide technical support to end-users, both in-person and remotely, to resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly and efficiently.

System Maintenance: Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, servers, and networking equipment to ensure optimal performance and security.

Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software problems, diagnose root causes, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.

Network Management: Monitor and maintain the organization's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls, to ensure seamless connectivity and data security.

Software Management: Assist in managing software installations, updates, and licenses across the organization, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements.

Data Backup and Recovery: Implement data backup strategies to safeguard critical information and execute data recovery procedures as needed.

Cybersecurity: Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain security measures, including antivirus software, firewalls, and access controls, to protect against potential threats.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive IT documentation, including system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and user manuals to facilitate efficient support and knowledge sharing.

IT Procurement: Assist in sourcing and procuring hardware and software components while ensuring cost-effectiveness and compatibility with existing systems.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.

Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for Windows and/or Mac systems.

Basic knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and devices.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide effective technical support to end-users.

Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and a proactive approach to IT management.

Ability to adapt to new technologies and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
