We are looking to hire an experienced, customer-oriented telesales executive to utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets. The telesales executive’s responsibilities include cross-selling or up-selling our products where possible, receiving incoming telephone calls and assisting with customer inquiries, as well as maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Increase credit card customers
- Convey brand information to customers and respond to questions/inquiries that arise
- Responsible for daily/monthly sales targets
- Update and manage contact database with accurate profiles, notes, and relevant information
- Undertake training on the firm’s markets and products, and improve on selling skills
- Match sales opportunities that cover other products involving various sales representatives

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Proven experience working as a telesales executive.
- Fresher’s can also Apply.
- The ability to follow scripts.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
