**Job Summary**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven **E-Commerce Merchandiser** to manage and optimize our online product catalog. This role is pivotal in ensuring our digital storefront is visually appealing, strategically organized, and aligned with customer behavior to drive sales and enhance user experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and update the online product catalog, including product descriptions, images, pricing, and categorization.
- Analyze sales data and website metrics to optimize product placement and conversion.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to execute promotional campaigns and seasonal launches.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Ensure SEO best practices are applied to all product listings.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- Work closely with customer service to address product-related queries and feedback.
- Perform regular site audits to ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Merchandising, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce merchandising or digital retail.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics or similar.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with CMS and PIM systems.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
