Mumbai, India Crown Veterinary Services Pvt. Ltd Full time

**Welcoming, assisting and directing handlers and owners appropriately. Ensuring that clients are not made to wait for more than 10 minutes at the reception.**
- **Answering all phone calls and encouraging callers to schedule an appointment.**
- **All consultations are classified as either complete, or on-going, in the case of the later must ensure that a follow up appointment has been booked with the appropriate vet.**
- **Looking at the types of appointment and scheduling the time slot accordingly.**
- **Ensuring that doctors receive the relevant messages.**
- **Maintaining a missed call log and follow up on next appointments.**
- **Maintaining a call history of all calls received.**
- **Placing of confirmation calls to the clients one day prior to the appointment date.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:
