**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **PLC Programming & HMI Development**:

- Design and develop **PLC ladder programming** for automation systems.
- Develop, modify, and maintain **HMI screens** for user interfaces, ensuring ease of use and integration with control systems.
- **Control Panel Design & Development**:

- Design, develop, and install **control panels**, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Develop **electrical architectures** for automation systems, considering power distribution, control circuits, and safety features.
- **Communication Protocols**:

- Implement and troubleshoot **communication protocols** such as **RS232, TCP/IP, Modbus, CAN, ActiveX**, ensuring seamless data exchange between systems and components.
- **Control Logic Development**:

- Understand project requirements and develop detailed **control logic** for automated systems, ensuring functionality, safety, and efficiency.
- **System Troubleshooting and Maintenance**:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and control system issues, providing timely solutions to minimize downtime.
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on electrical systems, ensuring the continuous performance of machinery.
- **Sensors and Equipment Knowledge**:

- Work with both **analog and digital sensors**, ensuring proper selection, installation, and calibration.
- Perform calculations for motor, drive, servo, AC selection, and load calculations, ensuring the system meets design standards.
- **Automation Project Management**:

- Independently handle automation projects from design to execution, ensuring that the electrical systems are developed and integrated successfully.
- **Collaboration with Mechanical Engineers**:

- Collaborate closely with **mechanical design engineers** to ensure smooth integration of electrical and mechanical components for optimized system performance.
- **Pan India Service**:

- Travel across India for on-site services, installations, and troubleshooting. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and prompt resolution of technical issues.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
