**Skills Required**:

- **For Electrical Engineer / Maintenance Technician**_**:

- Valid **C License** / **B License** (mandatory)
- Knowledge in **electrical systems**, **power distribution**, **switchgear**, and **transformers**:

- Hands-on experience in **installation**, **troubleshooting**, **repair**, and **preventive maintenance**:

- Ability to interpret **electrical layouts**, **circuit diagrams**, and **technical manuals**
- **For Plumber**_**:

- Proficiency in **plumbing systems** including **water supply**, **drainage**, **piping**, and **sanitary fittings**:

- Ability to independently handle **installation**, **repairs**, and **maintenance**:

- Knowledge of **building plumbing layouts** and leak detection techniques

**Educational Qualification**:

- **ITI**, **Diploma**, or **Engineering graduates** (Electrical / Plumbing / Relevant fields)
