**Legal Advisor Job Description**:
We are looking for a legal advisor to be responsible for providing clients with legal assistance and advice. The responsibilities of a legal advisor include drafting legal documents, structuring solutions for issues, and providing support in legal issues.

To be successful as a legal advisor, you should possess excellent analytical, research and writing skills, the ability to make good judgments, and be able to work well within a team. Ultimately, a top-notch legal advisor should have strong communication skills, be able to manage a large workload with a tight deadline, and remain up-to-date with laws.
**Legal Advisor Responsibilities**:

- To track the documents related to land Title Search with Co-ordination with the aggregator and our team person on site.
- To clear the bills of aggregator. (Uploading on SAP)
- Draft of MOU with the Aggregator and Draft other letter/Notice as they come.
- To follow-up all the matters as they arise related to land which are going on site.
- Providing legal advice to commercial team on all legal matters as they arise, including regulatory and local laws issues in co-ordination with local counsel.
- Providing general legal support to internal teams regional business units within the groups

**Legal Advisor Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in law.
- Experience in the law field.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well within a team and individually.
- Ability to work long hours when needed.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
