Job Overview:

Legal Executive Role

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for providing expert legal advice and support.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in non-litigation law, with excellent research, analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough legal research to inform business decisions.
  • Draft and review various legal agreements, including contracts and non-disclosure agreements.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the HR department to ensure compliance with employment laws.
  • Manage accurate and up-to-date records of legal agreements and documents.

Requirements:

  • LL.B or B.L.S / LL. B (3 Year or 5 Year Law Degree)
  • 4-5 years of experience in non-litigation law
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and related tools
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Attention to detail and strong time management skills
