**Job Description: Purchase and Store Executive**

**Position**: Purchase and Store Executive
**Location**: [Sodepore]
**Department**: Supply Chain/Procurement

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Purchasing**:

- Manage procurement of raw materials, supplies, and equipment required for operations.
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, timely delivery, and high-quality standards.
- Ensure that purchase orders are processed accurately and on time.
- Track orders and inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in the procurement process.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor stock levels, and maintain optimum inventory levels.
- Regularly conduct inventory audits to ensure accuracy and avoid discrepancies.
- Record all inventory transactions, including purchases, sales, and returns.
- Organize and maintain the storage of goods to ensure safety, accessibility, and proper stock rotation.
- **Store Operations**:

- Oversee the efficient functioning of the storage area.
- Coordinate with relevant departments for material requisitions and usage.
- Ensure timely issuance of materials from the store.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare and maintain purchase and inventory reports.
- Assist in preparing budgets for purchasing and storage needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in purchasing, inventory management, or supply chain operations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
