**Job description**
**Roles and Responsibilities**
Provide profitability analysis by products and customer for management review.
Assist in budget preparation, reviewing and calculating cost saving activities.
Assist/take lead in annual physical count process.
Assist in company material Scrap activity
Various variances analysis.
Maintaining cost center and project in ERP and Accounting System.
Ensure inventory accuracy through reconciliation of inventory accounts and analysis of work in process and other material transactions.
Analyse changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods, or services provided, to determine effects on cost and pricing
Pre and post project costing analysis.
Product costing/ Inventory analysis from changes in ECO, material consumption, labour and machine hour
Monitor and analyse actual versus budget variance on monthly basis.
Prepare month-end closing Account Payable vs Inventory reconciliation.
Undertake any other projects/ tasks as assigned by superior from time to time.
Responsible for product costing, cost actualization etc
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in product costing and actualization in a manufacturing plant setup. Preferred from a FMCG background.
