**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Collection and Market Research Intern. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in data analysis, market research methodologies, and business insights.

**Role**
Data Collection and Strategic Market Research - Intern

**Key Responsibilities**
- Utilize various research methods to gather data from primary and secondary sources.
- Collect data on legal and compliance requirements, including business registration, licensing, taxation, and any industry-specific regulations relevant to our business.
- Research and identify regulatory requirements and procedures for establishing a new entity.
- Compile data on market conditions, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making related to the new entity.
- Document research methodologies, data sources, and analysis techniques for reference and transparency.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and summaries to share research findings with stakeholders.
- Ensure that all reports and documentation adhere to company standards and guidelines.
- Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives related to the establishment and operationalization of the new entity as needed.

**Desired Skills**
- Master's degree in business administration, Finance, economics, legal studies, or a related field.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and synthesize large volumes of data from diverse sources.
- Proficiency in utilizing online research tools, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and findings effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Prior experience or coursework in corporate law, regulatory compliance, market research, or business analysis is a plus.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
