**UI/UX Designer**

**Location**: Noida

We are looking for a passionate and skilled UI/UX Designer who is eager to contribute

to the designing of exceptional user interfaces. If you have a strong desire to create

**Responsibilities**
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers
- and engineers
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that are both
- aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly
- Conduct user research, testing, and evaluation to validate design decisions and
- identify areas for improvement
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Follow & grow the Design System to ensure consistency across multiple
- platforms.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images

**Requirements**:

- 2-3+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design principles with a focus on user
- experience (UX) best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or a related
- field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and
- other relevant design tools.
- Fluency in best practices for mobile and web-based information architecture and
- design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and exceptional
- written and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate
- design concepts.
- Must-have experience in handling both domestic and international clients,
- working individually and collaboratively. **Research and Analysis: You depend on user-centric critical analysis and problem-**:

- solving. Experience with User Research methods - user personas, journey
- mapping, and competitor analysis.
- A level of Obsession: That one last pixel not at the right place bothers you and you
- are extremely uncomfortable doing average work.
- Team player: You work happily with developers to make sure what you envision is
- delivered as well.
- Design Consistency: You understand brand guidelines and can make sure they are
- consistently applied throughout the product & even every aspect of user
- communication
