Job description for Business Co-Ordinator cum Admin at Shivji Valji Sheds Pvt. Ltd.

About us

Established in 1910, the Shivji Valji Group is a leading player in weather protection products and services.

We manufacture tarpaulins and allied products and provide weather protection services such as relocatable warehouses and raw material stockpile covering for leading organizations on a pan-India basis.
- To be the right hand/executive assistant of the Business Head/CEO in executing all tasks relating to

Business Coordination of all departments and especially in sales and marketing
- To assist the Business Head/CEO in coordinating and assigning tasks to the team and ensuring their timely completion
- To do all such tasks as may be assigned from time to time by the CEO
- Help in creating marketing collaterals, brochure, corporate video etc. by coordinating between CEO and both internal team and external agencies

Work Experience
- Preferably should have worked in front or back office in Sales and/or Marketing function. Should have at least 3 years of rich experience working in teams and coordinating

Skills/Proficiencies
- Excellent follow up skills. Should be result oriented
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Google Drive
- Excellent Document and record management
- Ability to manage small teams working under him/her

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
