**Job Title**: Sales Officer

**Experience**: Minimum 3 years in sales
**Education**: Any Graduate

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and drive sales within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts.
- Oversee stockists, secondary dealers, and ensure effective distribution.
- Monitor and ensure primary collections for the company. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Provide regular sales updates, pipeline reports, and market feedback.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum **3 years of experience** in sales, preferably in **Toys or FMCG**.
- Strong **communication & negotiation skills**.
- Proven ability to **achieve sales targets** and close deals.
- Excellent **customer service & relationship management**.
- Strong **problem-solving & analytical skills**.
- **Time management** skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)**.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
