**Job Summary**:*
Regent Organisation is expanding and seeking enthusiastic Field Sales Executives to promote NFC-based digital card solutions across Vadodara. This opportunity is open to both freshers and experienced professionals eager to work in tech-driven sales.
**About Regent Organisation**:*
Headquartered in Surat, Regent Organisation is a fast-growing IT company focused on delivering innovative digital solutions. We already have a company flat in Vadodara and are soon opening a branch office there, strengthening our presence in Gujarat.
**Key Responsibilities**:*
- Drive sales of NFC cards by visiting clients and businesses across Vadodara.
- Conduct product demos and pitch customized digital card solutions.
- Build long-term client relationships and offer post-sale support.
- Report daily sales activities and market feedback to Surat office.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve outreach and customer experience.
**Qualifications & Skills**:*
- Minimum graduation in any field.
- Fresher or experienced applicants welcome.
- Fluency in **Hindi and Gujarati** is essential.
- Persuasive communication and people skills.
- Two-wheeler ownership is a plus (fuel allowance provided).
**Salary & Perks**:*
- ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per month based on experience.
- Fuel allowance for local travel.
