Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Call potential students/parents from the database or leads provided.

Clearly communicate information about our courses, admission process, and benefits.

Counsel students regarding course selection and career paths.

Follow up on inquiries to convert into enrollments.

Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and feedback.

Achieve daily and monthly call and admission targets.

Coordinate with the admissions/counseling team for further processing.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate (Education background preferred).

Excellent verbal communication skills in [English / Hindi / Gujarati].

Good listening, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM software preferred).

Prior experience in educational calling or counseling is an advantage.

Preferred Qualities:
Polite and confident telephone manner.

Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

Ability to handle student/parent queries effectively.

Quick learner with a passion for education and student success.
