Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Tele caller to join our team on a full-time basis.

Daily Tasks:

  • Maintain updated client databases
  • Follow up on leads
  • Handle outbound and inbound calls
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Support sales team by setting appointments and coordinating communication between clients and architects/interior designers

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal communication and excellent phone etiquette
  • Ability to handle multiple phone calls and manage time efficiently
  • Experience with customer service and maintaining client relationships
  • Proficient in using CRM software and updating client information
  • Basic knowledge of architecture and interior design is beneficial
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Additional qualifications in sales or customer service are advantageous
