**Function**:Lead Generation, Marketing Strategies and Distribution

**Package **:10,000-20,000 / Month + Incentives (High paying, Growth and Performance based Incentive Structures within the system will ensure Quality and Consistent Growth for the employees).

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Educational qualifications : Any UG Degree (Marketing discipline preferred)
- Relevant experience : 1+ Years

**Prerequisites**:

- ID Proof, Address Proof
- Two Wheeler with Valid Insurance
- Valid Driving License
- Well functioning Android Mobile
- Pay/ Experience Certificate if any

**Required Skills**:

- Forecasting ability.
- Strategic thinking and planning.
- Monitoring respective Zones.

- Ability to Learn New Strategies and Adapting to Modern Methods.

The incumbent should execute the work as advised by his Reporting Manager, i.e. contacting the new customer based on regular basis for promoting the sales by generating leads and converting them to our customers through multiple channels.
- Responding to customer needs, developing and sustaining long-lasting relationship with customers.
- Meeting potential customer to explain company products and converting them as our customer.
- Cooperating with the Team Members to form a flexible, strong growth accelerating methodologies for better scalability.
- Answering customer questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant reporting manager.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all sales,scheduled customer appointments and complaints.
- Occasional support to Distribution team to ensure efficient and timely deliveries to customers.
- Keeping an eye on trends and monitoring competition. Analyzing competitor’s products to determine product features,benefits,shortfalls and success.
- Frequency of report submission to the management.
- Sound knowledge about routes and details of existing and new customers in the respective zones.

**Key Interactions**:

- Internal: Interact with Sales Coordinators, Logistics Team and Office Admin.
- External: Interact with Consumers and Channels to generate Quality Leads.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent
Part-time hours: 56 per week

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
