Job Overview: We are looking for a Junior Marketing Specialist to join our remote team at Biztechgeeks in Coimbatore. This full-time contract position requires a minimum of a 2 years to maximum of 6 years of work experience. The role involves developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, optimizing campaigns, and supporting various digital marketing initiatives. Qualifications and Skills: Proficiency in SEO, both on-page and off-page, is mandatory for this role. (Mandatory skill) Experience in content marketing with a focus on creating and distributing valuable, relevant content. Proficient in using Google Analytics to analyze web traffic data and optimize campaigns effectively. Ability to leverage social media channels for brand promotion and audience engagement. Hands-on experience with PPC advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions. Knowledge of email marketing techniques, including drip campaigns, to nurture leads. Familiarity with influencer marketing strategies to expand brand reach and credibility. Strong data analysis skills to evaluate marketing efforts and inform strategic decisions. Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with company objectives and drive growth. Optimize SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and maximize organic traffic. Design and implement PPC campaigns to drive targeted traffic and measured results. Manage social media platforms to build and maintain a strong online presence. Develop content marketing strategies that address customer needs and enhance brand image. Utilize data analytics to track the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust tactics accordingly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing initiatives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.
