**Your role**
- Interested in working in finance, specifically in investment banking, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?
We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Industrial Placement Program within our Global Banking business.
You’ll get to:

- evaluate companies and help develop models for Mergers and Acquisitions transactions
- prepare industry analyses for pitches
- get involved in the execution of live deals

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in our Global Banking team in Mumbai. We’re responsible for providing coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing solutions for corporate, financial institutions and sponsor clients.

**Your expertise**
- want to be an active part of the front end investment banking team of UBS India which involves being a part of both live transactions as well as pitch work for the clients.t
- can assist the team executing ECM, Mergers and Acquisitions and DCM deals
- can help analyze and prepare the financial statements
- is willing to help prepare pitches, information memorandums and financial models
- will actively coordinate with internal stakeholders for execution of deal
- will maintain internal databases to help with actively reaching out to investors
