**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and book **flights, trains, buses, hotels, and local transport** for teams traveling for events and operations across India.
- Communicate with staff to confirm travel itineraries, share updates, and handle last-minute changes or cancellations.
- Maintain an organized travel database, update traveler details, and accurately document travel history and expenses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel vendors, negotiate rates, and ensure the best value for bookings.
- Provide outstanding service by addressing travel inquiries, resolving booking issues, and assisting travelers during emergencies or delays.
- Collaborate with the accounts team for invoice verification, credit note management, and travel-related reimbursements.
- Support the event and operations teams with **ODC (Outdoor Catering)** logistics and nationwide travel planning.

**Qualifications**
- 2-4 years of experience in **corporate or hospitality travel coordination**.
- Excellent knowledge of **domestic travel systems** including airlines, IRCTC, and hotel booking portals.
- Strong communication and coordination skills in **English and Hindi** (Gujarati preferred).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Proficiency in **Excel or Google Sheets** for travel MIS and reporting.
- Flexible to work extended hours or weekends during large events, with compensatory offs as per company policy.
