We are now looking for a passionate and articulate **Design Executive** to join our collaborative and forward-thinking team.

The **Design Executive** will play a pivotal role in client interaction, early-stage project development, and social media engagement. This role combines front-end client communication, design support, and content coordination—ideal for someone with a blend of people skills, aesthetic sensibility, and a flair for digital storytelling.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Client Engagement & Communication**:

- Explain our design offerings, services, and approach in a clear, compelling manner.
- Share details about pricing, project timelines, and scope of work.

**Client Briefing & Consultation**:

- Present our design philosophy and portfolio to potential clients.
- Understand client preferences and share initial thoughts aligned with their needs.
- Guide them through our project journey and next steps.

**Social Media Handling & Digital Presence**:

- Assist in managing the studio’s social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create and schedule engaging content such as project updates, reels, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing team to maintain a cohesive brand presence.
- Respond to inquiries or comments received via social platforms in a timely and professional manner.

**Data & CRM Management**:

- Maintain detailed records of all client inquiries and interactions.
- Track lead status and follow up to ensure no opportunity is missed.
- Update CRM tools or client databases regularly.

**Client Meetings Coordination**:

- Convert inquiries into scheduled virtual or in-person consultations with the design team.
- Prepare clients with necessary information before design presentations.

**Design Support**:

- Assist in creating layouts, presentation decks, and mood boards.
- Support with basic 3D modeling or visualization tasks.
- Use software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Canva as needed.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **Education**: Diploma (required) or Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English fluency required).
- Prior experience in customer-facing or communication roles (freshers welcome).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Active interest and understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest).
- Passion for aesthetics, storytelling, and design communication.

**Preferred Skills**
- Working knowledge of design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Canva.
- Familiarity with video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams).
- Awareness of architecture/interior design trends and digital engagement strategies.
