**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and execute interior layouts for residential and commercial projects, including modular kitchens and furniture.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets.
- Create detailed 2D/3D design plans and presentations using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max).
- Source materials, furniture, and accessories to match design concepts.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and craftsmen to ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any design or execution issues.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and techniques.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, meeting client expectations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
- 3-4 years of professional experience in interior design, with a portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and space planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for design and creativity.
