**Core Purpose of the Role**

Accurately manage financial and stock-related data using **Tally ERP** and Excel. Support AgroDart’s backend operations with efficient reporting, coordination, and record maintenance.

**About AgroDart Private Limited**

AgroDart is a rapidly growing agri-trading company engaged in food grain procurement and distribution. With expanding operations in Bangalore and across India, we are building a strong backend team to enhance operational efficiency and data management.

**Essential Functions**
- Record daily accounting transactions and vouchers in **Tally ERP**:

- Maintain Excel spreadsheets for **procurement, billing, inventory**, and vendor payments
- Assist in **backend reporting, documentation**, and file management
- Ensure high standards of **data accuracy**, compliance, and confidentiality

**Experience**:

- Minimum **1 year** working in a **CA firm (mandatory)**:

- **2-3 years** hands-on experience in **Tally ERP and MS Excel**(mandatory)

**Education**:

- Graduate required; **B.Com preferred**

**Skills & Abilities**:

- Ability to **read and understand Hindi**:

- Clear verbal and written **English communication**:

- Strong **attention to detail** and commitment to **data confidentiality**:

- Must be **Bangalore-based** or willing to commute to **Whitefield**

**Work Schedule**

**Monday to Saturday**, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

**Compensation**

₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month _(commensurate with experience and skill level)_
